Routine Help/Question

I’ve always said that the most ideal time for me to work out would be around 5:30/6:00am.

Getting up that early is easier said than done, however.

Do any of you regularly work out at that time and have an tips or tricks to get in the habit of waking up at that time?

I didn’t get up early…

But I still went to the gym, so that’s good. I had planned on doing some squats and deadlifts but my knee and ankle feel a bit tweaked from football yesterday so I just did cardio.

This upcoming week is my last week of holiday

And I plan to workout to the point of exhaustion most of the days. No more lamenting, no more excuses, just hard work.

I’ll be weighing myself today for the first time in a long time to see where my new starting weight is. I won’t be surprised to be at or near the 200’s again. 

I don’t know how or why I forgot how bad I want this, but I’m going to refocus. 

Now excuse me, I have some impromptu football to play.
