And it was amazing! I might add chicken or Italian sausage to it next time.

I’m getting really good at BBQing chicken breast!

I also tried green beans on the grill with garlic and olive oil (in a foil pouch). They came out a little undercooked so I’ll do them better next time.

I have a pretty decent meal planned out: BBQ chicken, grilled asparagus, and rice.

But all I am craving right now is tacos in a hard shell!
